Film and photo production that highlights tenants and businesses within Svenska Hus' property portfolio, carried out in several locations around Sweden.
The assignment has consisted of producing a series of tenant portraits that show the breadth of businesses within Svenska Hus' portfolio. By working closely with the tenants, films and images have been produced that provide a clear picture of the people, companies and contexts behind the premises.
The production has been carried out in several locations around the country, from Ystad in the south to Stockholm in the north. The long-term approach has made it possible to create a unified visual expression, while each tenant portrait retains its own identity.

By working with tenant portraits, Svenska Hus' offering has been visualized through the businesses that actually fill the premises. The film and photo material shows breadth, geography and content, and serves as a long-term basis for communication about properties, people and businesses.
