Carbon

Film and photo production that documents raw materials, producers and the daily work in Carbon's kitchen, with a focus on details, pace and the overall experience of serving.

The work with Carbon has been a long-term, holistic approach where film and photography have been continuously produced by Göteborgfilm to build a consistent and high-quality visual expression. The content ranges from detailed food images and dish videos to atmospheric films showing the dining room, guests and staff at work.

In addition to the restaurant environment, producer films have played a central role in the story. By following the path of the raw material – from cheese in Hjo to port wine in the Douro Valley – the content has linked origin, craftsmanship and the finished experience. The result is an extensive image and film archive that is used in marketing, social media and communication over time.

Visual integrity over time

For Carbon, the assignment for us at Göteborgfilm has been to create a complete visual system where every image and film contributes to the same story. Through thousands of high-resolution photographs, a large number of films and produced content from both the restaurant and producers, a material has been built that reflects quality, origin and experience. The work is long-term, consistent and adapted for multiple channels – from campaign films to details in social feeds.
